If not now retro, when? In the 1965/66 season, BVB crowned itself as the first German European Cup winner with a 2:1 victory after extra time against FC Liverpool in the Cup Winners' Cup. The jersey design of the women's Cup jersey 25/26 is therefore also in a retro look. A vibrant yellow, a retro logo, and a mostly classic design make the women's jerseys shine under floodlights. The players will wear the jersey during their matches in the UEFA Champions League. The retail version features the Dortmund lettering on the upper back.
The major highlight of the Cup jersey is the material from which the jerseys are made. With the innovative RE:FIBRE technology from PUMA, new fabric is created from unwanted polyester. Old becomes new – again and again!
